COVID Testing Info
- Weekdays: Call Midtown Clinic at 801-320-5660, Mon-Fri 0830-1630. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP.
- If you are unable to get through to the Midtown Clinic or if an appointment is not available, call the COVID Hotline at 801-590-7606.
- If the Department is expected to cover the cost of a COVID test, you must have a referral. Without a referral, testing is free with insurance.
- Weekends/Holidays: If a PCR test is needed on weekends or holidays, visit www.testutah.com to schedule an appointment in your area.
